Nibwood currently ships to customers in the United States.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, supplier delays, or periods of high order volume.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery within the United States is 2–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Supplier Fulfillment
Nibwood works with fulfillment partners and suppliers. Some orders may ship directly from our supplier or fulfillment partner. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, we cannot guarantee that the order can be changed, redirected, replaced, or refunded after it has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@nibwood.com and we will help investigate. Nibwood is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but missing from the delivery location. However, we will do our best to help you work with the carrier when possible.
Shipping Delays
We aim to ship orders within the stated delivery estimate. If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the advertised timeframe, we will contact you with an update and available options, which may include waiting for the order or receiving a refund.
International Shipping
At this time, Nibwood only ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other local charges.
